People sign in with their Google account and your app can manage their business locations, opening hours and posts, read and reply to reviews, and show performance. Google approves access to this API per project, which you request from the Business Profile API page. The same Google Cloud OAuth client can be reused for every Google connector.
What you need.
Sign in with your Google Business Profile account in a new window and choose what your app may do. Crisp keeps the sign-in and hands your app a fresh token whenever it needs one, so no key is ever pasted or stored in your app.

Prefer your own Google Business Profile app? Paste its client id and secret instead, and your app runs the sign-in itself on your own pages:

How to connect.

Open your project, or start a new one from the dashboard.

Open the workspace menu and choose Connectors, then pick Google Business Profile.

Choose what your app may do and press Connect. You approve it with Google Business Profile in a new window, and your app can use the service from then on.

What happens to your keys.
- Each key is saved as a private setting of your project, under the name shown above.
- The AI that builds your app sees only the names. It writes code that reads each key by name, and never the value.

- Open Connectors in your project to replace a key or disconnect the service. Publish again so your live app uses the change.
