Build with the tools you already use.
A connector is a service your app can use: email, text messages, an AI model, maps, your CRM, your store. Paste its keys once in your project, and Crisp builds the feature with that service. The keys never appear in the chat or in the code.
No credit card required. Connecting a service is free.
Your tools, your app.
Connecting a service takes a minute. What happens after that is the same for every connector.
-
Keys stay with Crisp
Each key is saved as a private setting of your project. The AI that builds your app sees only the key's name, never its value, and the value reaches your app only when the app runs.
-
Built the official way
Crisp uses the official library the service publishes, or its documented web interface, the way the service's own guides show. Nothing of ours sits between your app and the service.
-
One place to change or remove
Open Connectors in your project to replace a key, add one you skipped, or disconnect a service. Your preview restarts with the change, and your published app gets it when you publish again.
What you can build.
Describe the app in plain words and name the services. Crisp builds the feature and tells you which keys it needs.
-
A booking app that reminds people
Customers book a slot. The app texts a reminder the day before with Twilio and emails a confirmation with Resend.
-
A support desk where your team already works
Requests arrive in a form. The app files each one in Linear or Notion and posts a short summary to a Slack channel.
-
An AI feature with the numbers behind it
Visitors ask questions about your product. The app answers with Anthropic or OpenAI, and records every question in PostHog so you see what people ask.
Browse every connector.
Each page shows what the service is for, the keys it needs and where to find them, and example prompts.

Not here yet?
You can still use any service that gives you a key. Add it as a plain secret in the Secrets panel and ask Crisp to use it. How to add a key. If you want a service added here, tell us which one.
Questions.
What is a connector?
A connector is an outside service your app can use, such as an email service or a text message service. Connecting it means giving your project the keys the service issued, so the app Crisp builds can use that service on your behalf.
How do I connect a service?
Open your project, choose Connectors from the workspace menu, pick the service and paste the keys it gave you. Then ask Crisp for the feature in plain words. Each connector page on this site shows the exact keys and where to find them.
Does the AI see my keys?
No. The keys are saved as private settings of your project. The AI that builds your app sees only their names and writes code that reads them by name. The values reach your preview and your published app, and never the chat, the code or the logs.
Is Stripe a connector?
Stripe is built in. Open the Payments panel in your project and connect your Stripe account there. Crisp keeps the payment updates in place and switches from test to real payments when you say so.
What if the service I use is not listed?
You can still use it. Add its key as a plain secret in the Secrets panel of your project, then tell Crisp which service the key is for and what you want. Crisp builds with the service the way its public documentation describes.
Do connectors cost extra?
Connecting a service costs nothing on Crisp. The service bills you on your own account for what your app uses there, and Crisp charges only the usage of the requests that build your app.
Service names and logos belong to their owners; Crisp is not affiliated with them. A service changes its keys and pages now and then. Found something out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.
